The membership of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition Advisory Council is made up of professionals, including many alumni, from industry, professional associations, government, and the community. The Advisory Council has an annual meeting each February. In addition to a program, the members exchange ideas about the role and effectiveness of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition teaching, research, and outreach goals and plans.
The next annual meeting is Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the Continuing Education Center on the St. Paul campus.
